Shipping Time

This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the order to the customer’s address. Please note that the shipping time estimates are provided by the carrier and are sometimes subject to change. We will make every effort to ensure your order is shipped promptly and arrives within the estimated timeframe.

Please allow 7–10 business days processing time for your order to be delivered.

Processing Time

This refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment, including quality checks, packaging, handling. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 2-5 business days to process and dispatch for production. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming your tracking number, so please provide the correct email.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver,  delivery personnel will attempt re-delivery. If delivery personnel are unable to arrange a re-delivery, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver’s country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. In the event that your package is refused and returned to VogueCharme, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from your store credit refund.

 We are most busiest towards the end of the year (Holiday Season) as we experience a high volume of orders which means parcels can take longer than expected to deliver.

Handmade or made-to-order dresses require an additional 3 working days for production and quality control before dispatch. Delivery timeframes begin once the item has been completed and shipped.
