Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel an order. We are happy to accommodate cancellations within certain timeframes.

  • Cancellations within 12 Hours: You can cancel your order free of charge if you notify us within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellations after 12 Hours: Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after 12 hours due to our order processing procedures. In some cases, orders may already be shipped or in the process of fulfillment by the time a cancellation request is received.

How to Cancel Your Order:

To cancel your order within the 12-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email or emailing us directly at support@voguecharme.com

If your cancellation request falls outside the 12-hour window:

  • We recommend you accept the order and consider returning the unopened and unused items for a full refund (refer to our Return Policy for details).

                                        RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS PROCESS

Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date your items was received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please tell us the reason you would like to return your item(s)

All original tags must be attached and not removed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

support@voguecharme.com where we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your items to if your eligible for a return.

Please do not return your item(s) to the address on your package , that is not the return address. Please wait for return instructions on where to return your items(s) Otherwise no refund will be given!

Swimsuits, underwear, Jewelry and bodysuits are not eligible for return due to the nature of these items.

Please be aware customer is responsible for the shipping costs of any eligible items due to be returned.

Accessories are not eligible for return.

Returns received later than 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Depending on the service and country you’re returning your items from, it can usually take up to 20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team.

Refunds

Any refunds made will be returned via original method of payment including gift card payments.

All refunds will be processed within 10 working business days after we have received your package.

If an item is purchased through a store credit, please note it will not be eligible for a return.

Please note we do not operate on public holidays, so all returns will be processed the following working day.
